I went to work knowing that I was going to start off with a distraction. That did not bother me, and in fact, I really enjoyed the opportunity to do something different.
It was the rest of the day full of distractions that gave me a head ache. I felt like I had stimuli coming at me non-stop, pounding into my head. I did not really have the mental energy to deal with that today, or so I thought, but at the end of the day, I realized I really did get a lot done. How? As I always do. I put one foot in front of the other and kept on going. But I came home very tired.
And still, I had chores to do after work. And, I kept going, putting one foot in front of the other. That is how it is done.
