I fed the girls before I went out shopping for blinds and then on to the book club tonight. When I got home, Haiku and Taki told me it was time for more treats. I acquiesced. (Sake just wanted to go out into the garage, where she was until I left for errands and book club.) Just now, Haiku and Taki told me, once again, it is time for treats.
When I change the schedule in any way, whether it is feeding at a different time, or my comings and goings are different, treat time requests increase. There is plenty of dry food available, and sometimes, as is true of tonight, canned food available. But evidently, treats sound good. Sometimes I give in, but today, not twice in one night.
