Planning and Psyche

I do a few after work activities.  I generally plan for them, and part of my day is spent "psyching" myself to be prepared to go to these activities.  That makes it easier to go. The ones I really enjoy help to propel me during the day.

After I arrived home tonight, I realized that I had an unexpected errand to run.  I did not want to do it. It was a rough day at work. I had a headache by about 3:30. I worked late. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home. I wanted to just chill.  I had several extra chores to do at the house tonight. 

But, I dragged myself out and ran this errand. And returned home feeling better for it.
