My Feet Are Cold

My house is really comfortable.  I set the thermostat to keep it comfortable.  In the summer, I do not keep the house cold because I am always so cold, but I set the thermostat so it is cool enough to sleep comfortably at night.

In the transition seasons, I frequently open the windows because I like the cool, fresh air in the house.  Even, sometimes, in the summer, it is cool enough at night to open the windows and let the fresh air cool off the house.

Well, tonight, my feet are cold.  My house has an unusual phenomenon:  when the temperatures are mid-range, my house is uncomfortable.  When it is really cold outside, the furnace keeps the house warm.  When it is really hot, if I set the temperature low, the house can be cool.  But with the mid-range temperatures, the heater does not come on as often, and I get cold.  Especially my feet.  I have really warm slippers, but my feet are still cold. I use space heaters to help with situation.  I just do not like having cold feet.
