Some time ago, on a Thursday night, I was casting about on the television, looking for something to watch. I stumbled upon the Lubbock Christian University (LCU) http://www.lcu.edu/ women's basketball game. So, I watched it. And, lo and behold, after the women's game, came the men's game.
LCU is in the Heartland Conference. They have had really good softball teams in the past http://www.kcbd.com/story/8362082/lcu-softball-wins-national-championship. LCU is overshadowed by Texas Tech athletics. I was excited to be able to watch the basketball games on TV. So excited, I searched and found the contact for their athletic director, Paul Hise, and sent him a thank you email. He responded and told me to watch for more games as the season progressed. I did.
Tonight, when I checked my email, Mr. Hise had sent me a notice that the games were on TV. Wow! that is amazing. What service. I appreciate Mr. Hise. Of course, I sent him a thank you.
