I am including a link to the official website, but it is full of junk, advertising, and totally non-relevant information. I spent just a few minutes looking for a "contact us" link so I could express my opinion, and I did not find such a link.
Well, the Lady Raiders played Iowa State University tonight, and thankfully, the game ended before the Lady Raiders gave the game away. Sorry, Lady Raiders, you do not deserve the kudos for the win. You do deserve the kudos for not losing the game. There is a difference.
I had struggled for several days regarding my schedule tonight. I had multiple things I wanted to do, including going to the game. But my obligations to Catholic Charities, and the South Plains Branch of NASW took precedence. By the time those obligations were finished, I had not fed the cats, and my obligation to be sure to feed my ailing cat takes precedence over so much more.
I listened to the game on the radio. I am glad the Lady Raiders won. But frankly, I think they did not win. I think that the opposing team did not have enough time to beat them, and the Lady Raiders avoided a loss. Lady Raiders, get with it. You really need to put some energy, hustle and dynamite in your game.
