Tortilla Chips

Haiku likes tortilla chips.  She seems to especially like the very thin, well salted ones.   She likes to lick the salt.  She will bite into a chip if I hold it for her. When she bites into the chip, it generally crumbles.  She does not eat the flakes.  She likes to bite the chip.  Once the chip is gone, and there are only flakes in my hand, she might lick at them. But more often then not, she ignores them.  I am not sure what it is about biting the chips that she likes, but that is what she likes. And she knows her own mind.
