So, I was looking through the Sprouts https://www.sprouts.com/web/guest advertisement this week, and saw an advertisement for salmon sausage in seaweed casing. So, I bought some tonight. I purchased sweet corn, green pea salad, and greens for accompanying sides. I was not sure what goes well with Salmon Sausage. There were two varieties: regular and with jalapeños. I bought the regular sausage. The sales person said he had never heard of it until the day before. Another customer asked about it, but did not purchase any.
It was okay, but it would not be one of my favorites. I liked the sides better.
