At the Democratic National Convention, the Khan family http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-khans-trump-timeline-20160801-snap-htmlstory.html delivered a speech about their son and their allegiance to Hillary Clinton and the United States of America. Their son was a military hero, killed in action in 2004. Donald Trump has viciously attacked this family. Why would he do that? Why would anyone attack the family of an American hero? I just cannot get it.
We should honor every family of every military person who has lost their life in service to the United States of America. No matter the circumstance of that family, they have paid the ultimate price if their loved one has died in service to the United States of America. Why would anyone attack them?
