Exercise

Exercising on the Gazelle elliptical is interesting.  If I am watching a baseball game, it is very pedantic.  If I am watching a basketball game, it is very exciting and invigorating. The same is true if I am watching a football game. If I am watching a very interesting TV show, I do not pay much attention to time.  If I am watching something that is sort of blah, I am inclined to check the time often.  If I listen to music while I am exercising, it has to be fast, upbeat, invigorating music, or it defeats the purpose.
