Catnip

Haiku has been so picky about her food the last couple of years. I have tried specific canned foods that she has liked in the past, to no avail. I have offered her smashed liver, which sometimes satisfies her, and other times, does not. I have offered her other canned food, salmon, sardines, human tuna, and an odd assortment of flavors. She likes smoked Gouda but eats only a little at a time.  And she licks it; she does not take a bite and chew it. Sometimes, she will eat these food, more often, not. 

Tonight, I sprinkled catnip on her dry food, early in the evening. She ate well. Later in the evening, she wanted to eat again, and again, I sprinkled catnip on her dry food.  She ate well. 

I hope this continues to work.
