I Have a Headache

I have a headache.  I have actually had a headache for much of the day.  I spent a large portion of the day shredding, and simultaneously, downloading Windows 10 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/features on my computer.

The noise of the shredder contributed vastly to my headache, although I would usually only shred for about 30 minutes at a time. I still have a lot to do, but I think I have done all the shredding I am going to do this week. So, I will not probably meet my goal. But I have things organized so that I can continue to work on the project quite easily.

The download to Windows 10 was just time consuming.  And a little frustrating, when I tried to open some favorites that would not open.  Until I remembered to reboot. Then all was okay.  I am learning to navigate my way around Windows 10 already.  It is okay. I am not sure why Windows 8 and 8.1 were so deplorable, but evidently they were.  I understand that there is actually a Windows 16 out there. I do not need that, I think.  Not yet.

I have had some performance problems with my computer recently, and had some work done on it earlier this week. I still having some problems but I think it is because my router 10 years old.  Do you think?  I will eventually replace it, but it is not currently a priority project.  And the work done on the computer really improved the performance!

Video Problems

For some time now, the video on my computer has not functioned well.  I have had to reset and reboot the computer to watch videos.  It was getting old. Finally, that remedy did not work.  So, I checkout the troubleshooting link on You Tube. They directed me to the Toshiba website http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops, to download updates.  I did.  It was an hour and a half download, but it worked. So far.
