The Genealogical Story of Carole King and Other Geneological Histories

I have buzzed onto the PBS TV show Finding Your Roots http://video.pbs.org/program/finding-your-roots/.  This is a really interesting TV show that chronicles the genealogy of celebrities.  It is amazing and fascinating. It brings out positive history, and dark, and down right criminal history. It is honest.

Most recently, the genealogy of Carole King was explored.  You know Carole King, she is a very talented songwriter and singer, and her album Tapestry http://www.caroleking.com/discography/album/tapestry-1 was award winning. 

This was interesting and exciting to me.  I hope you check this link and explore her genealogy.

Genealogy Roadshow

I am watching Genealogy Roadshow http://www.pbs.org/program/genealogy-roadshow/ on PBS.  This is a really interesting show looking at individual genealogies, and the histories of the families.

This show is even better than Antiques Roadshow http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/roadshow/.  Antiques Roadshow explores the history and value of artifacts.  Genealogy Roadshow explores the history of humans.

I love the history of humans. That is the true meaning of history.
